Engine Services
2-Stroke Engines

Top End Rebuild - $125
This includes a complete disassembly of head, cylinder, and power valves. Clean all components of carbon deposits, lap head, and cylinder mating surfaces to reduce the chances of blown head gaskets, then reassemble with new piston, rings, and gaskets.
Split Engine Cases - $275
Whether we are replacing a crank or a bearing, all components (gears, shafts, bearings, etc) are cleaned and inspected for wear. Install new parts, then reassemble.
Cylinder Mods - $325
Complete disassembly of cylinder, head, and powervalves and cleaned. Cylinder is then ported and polished for increased airflow for maximum horsepower. Head is machined to increase compression to match cylinder porting specs.
Case Matching - $75
Engine cases are matched to cylinder ports to improve airflow for better combustion.
4-Stroke Engines

Valve Seat Cutting - $120
Disassemble head and soak in an emergent to clean of any carbon deposits. Inspect valve seats (if seats need to be cut, cut seats), replace valves and lap valves to insure proper seating, and then reassemble with new valve guide seals and shim valves to proper clearance.
Shim Valves - $79
Check valve clearances then shim with proper shim size. We recommend that the head be removed and inspected due to valves, usually Ti valves, beating themselves into the head, causing the valves to tulip. This causes the shims that are being replaced to become out of tolerance within a couple of rides.
Fix: Remove and inspect head and valve seats, if needed, cut valve seats and replace worn valves.
Top End Rebuild - $175
Complete disassembly of head and cylinder, clean and inspect valve seats and faces, install new piston, and rings, then reassemble with new piston, rings, and gaskets.
Split Engine Cases - $375
Whether we are replacing a crank or a bearing, all components (gears, shafts, bearings, etc.) are cleaned and inspected for wear. Install new parts then reassemble.
Valve Seat Installation - $25 (per seat)
Removal of stock seats and install beryllium-copper valve seats. Valve seats are then cut to match valve face. Beryllium-copper valve seats remove heat from valves faster than stock, which in turn increases horsepower.
Valve Guide Installation - $15 (per guide)
Removal of stock valve guides, then install new manganese-bronze guides. Guides are then reamed and honed to get the proper guide to stem clearance.
4-Stroke Head Mods - $495
Complete disassembly of valves, springs, retainers; cleaned; and head is then ported and polished to increase airflow for maximum horsepower. Install new valves, cut seats to 3-angle, then lap valves to insure proper sealing of seat to face contact. Head is then reassembled and shimmed.
Suspension Services
Suspension Rebuild
Forks: We offer a rebuild service for your suspension that includes full disassembly of the suspension components, cleaning, inspecting, and replacing worn parts (seals, bushings, fatigued shims ), and then reassembly with new parts and fresh fork oil. We then bleed forks and set oil height.
Shock: Rebuild consists of disassembly of shock, clean, inspect and replace any worn parts, and then reassemble with fresh shock fluid, bleed and set nitrogen pressure.
** We will call to get approval first before replacing any components that are needed or recommended; replacement parts will be additional.
** We recommend that fork and shock oil be replaced together about every 20 hours for the best performance.
